Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to make any changes to your appointment or services, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service

Thank you for respecting your stylist’s time and helping us keep Karma running smoothly for all of our guests.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late, please notify your stylist as soon as possible.
Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule to avoid running behind for other guests.
If time allows, your stylist may adjust or simplify the services scheduled to fit the remaining appointment time.

Retail Exchange Policy
If you are not completely pleased with a product purchased at Karma Salon, we are happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of purchase so you can find something that better suits your hair.
Please note that retail purchases are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.
Service Adjustment Policy
Your happiness with your hair is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact your stylist within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and arrange any necessary adjustments.
