While we have a guideline listed on Google of when we are generally open, Karma operates by appointment only.
Our stylists offer flexible scheduling, with availability throughout the week based on their individual hours. Appointments are available Monday - Saturday, depending on your stylist’s schedule.
Karma Salon operates primarily by appointment to ensure each guest receives the time and attention they deserve. Occasionally we may have last-minute openings. Please text 315-715-3445 for the quickest response to last minute requests.
Each stylist at Karma runs their own independent business within the salon.
This allows them the freedom to customize their services, pricing, and schedules in a way that aligns with their expertise and clientele. While each stylist operates independently, we all share a commitment to providing a consistent, elevated, and welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
We carry a curated selection of professional haircare lines that align with our focus on healthy, low-maintenance hair.
Each product we offer has been thoughtfully chosen to support your hair between appointments and help you maintain your results at home. Your stylist will always guide you toward the best products for your specific hair type and goals.
Products are available for purchase in the salon.

We offer a selection of complimentary beverages, including water, coffee, and tea, along with a thoughtfully stocked snack bar that our clients love.

We understand that many of our guests are balancing full schedules, and we’re happy to support that during your visit.
During processing time, you’re welcome to make use of our designated workspace areas, complete with desks, outlets, chargers, and WiFi access. Whether you need to catch up on emails or take a moment to focus, we’ve created a space that allows you to do so comfortably.
At Karma, we believe your time in the salon should feel both relaxing and intentional—giving you the flexibility to unwind or stay productive, depending on what you need that day.

Your first visit to Karma is designed to feel relaxed, personalized, and thoughtfully guided from start to finish.
When you arrive, your stylist will begin with a detailed consultation to understand your hair history, goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences. We believe this is one of the most important parts of your appointment, as it allows us to create a plan that feels both beautiful and realistic for you.
From there, your service will be fully customized to achieve a result that feels natural, flattering, and easy to maintain.
Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout your entire visit.
We recommend bringing inspiration photos or examples of what you’re drawn to. This helps guide the conversation and ensures you and your stylist are aligned on your end result.
A few small steps before your appointment can help ensure the best possible results.
• Arrive with clean, dry hair unless your stylist has advised otherwise
• Bring inspiration photos to help communicate your vision
• Be prepared to discuss your hair history, including any previous color or treatments
• Wear something comfortable, and consider avoiding high collars or bulky clothing
If you’re receiving a color service, we also recommend arriving with your hair detangled and product-free when possible.
